DESCRIPTION: The game starts with the level select menu, and Emerald Hill Zone was replaced with Hidden Palace Zone. The icon for Emerald Hill Zone was replaced with the Hidden Palace Zone icon in the level select menu. Most of Hidden Palace Zone was taken out of Sonic 2 in the final release, so the floors are not implemented, and the graphics are corrupt.
