The following applicants have been eliminated:

Otis Spunk - Would require a spin-up time that required too much attention from myself. Lacks hacking knowledge, which may impair decisions involving the hacking sections. Vision for SSRG's future optimistic, but lacks a viable game plan to make it a reality.

Anthony1 - Does not have a strong vision for SSRG's future. I fear his leadership abilities have not matured to the level necessary to lead SSRG.
